Fleetboard (Mercedes)

1. Log in to the Fleetboard portal

2. Select "Administration"

3. Go to "API Management"->"API Roles and Permissions"->"Create API Role"

4. Create a new role, grant the required permissions (Fleet Data, Asset Master Data, Asset Groups and Map) and click "Next"

5. Select "Assign all assets and asset groups" or select only chosen vehicles, then click "Add"

6. Go to "SOAP API Users" and select "Create API User"

7. Enter a name, select the role created earlier, set the validity period and click "Create"

8. Download or copy the created credentials, as they will be visible only once

9. Go to the "Telematics" tab on CO3 website and select "Add New GPS Connection" or click the link https://track.co3.io/#/telematic-accounts/create

10. Select your GPS provider from the list

11. In the form, enter the credentials you saved earlier, enter the account name and select the URL

12. Click "Submit"

13. If the access data is correct, the account configuration will be successful
